Hello! My name is Hannah Peters and I wear many hats here at Lebo UMC. I spend my mornings teaching at our preschool- Bright Beginnings, while I spend my afternoons in the office serving as the church secretary and treasurer. I feel incredibly blessed to be so involved in our local church spreading the gospel.
I was born and raised in Iola, Kansas and moved to Lebo after marrying my high school sweetheart, Brock in 2017. I attended Bellus academy right after high school where I graduated with a cosmetology certification and obtained an Associate degree in science shortly after.
My husband and I live on a farm just east of Lebo with our two little cowgirls, Veronica and Jemma. We mostly raise cattle but you can usually find a few other animals around our place such as pigs, sheep, and my personal favorite- chickens. I’m sure my husband cringes every time I mention having a new idea/project! You can usually find us out with the animals, spending time with friends and family, or off on a ranger ride.
Watching God work in the girls’ lives and growing them into the people He wants them to become is such a special thing to watch. I feel so incredibly blessed to have a front row seat to His mighty works in both our Bright Beginning’s students and in our church. I hope you get a chance to experience the love and specialness we hold here in our Lebo UMC family!
“Train a child up in the way he should go, and when he is old he will not depart from it.” Proverbs 22:6
